What is Biothane?
Biothane is a polyester webbing that is coated in PVC. This allows a more durable, waterproof, odor-resistant, and easy to clean finish.
What is the best way to clean my leash?
For light cleaning, simply use a damp washcloth to wipe down the entire leash. For a more thorough clean, wash the leash with mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh cleaners, as they may damage the material.
What does normal wear and tear look like?
As with all gear, our products experience normal wear and tear over time. Our nickel plated and brass hardware is designed to exhibit minimal visible wear, maintaining its appearance longer.
Black hardware, while equally functional, may show wear more visibly. To enhance durability, we use only PVD Black (Physical Vapor Deposition) hardware. This allows for the most durable finish.
Why does the hardware vary between different leashes?
We source our leash hardware from reputable suppliers on the open market. While we strive to maintain consistency in style, there may occasionally be slight variations in hardware appearance from what is shown in product images. These variations do not affect color. Though, some batches of brass may be darker or lighter.
Shipping FAQ's
How much is shipping?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5. However, for orders over $75, shipping is free.
When will I receive my product?
Our processing time is approximately one week, if an item is out of stock. Once your product is crafted, shipping will take an additional 3-5 business days via USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
How will my leash be packaged?
Our products are carefully packed in a small USPS mailing box, with each item neatly rolled for shipment. If your handle arrives slightly bent, hang it over a door or doorknob overnight to restore its shape.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without additional charges, provided the order has not been produced, packaged, or shipped. Unfortunately, cancellations are not accepted after the 24-hour window.
